ART LANE 2025
"Art Lane," also known as the Art Street Festival, is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts at KKU. Every year, this festival is highly anticipated, and in 2025, it came with a special Valentine's theme called "Art Lane Tine." The concept of "ARTLENTINE" was created by combining the words Art Lane and Valentine's Day, representing the idea of "expressing love through art." It was also considered a day of love for art enthusiasts.

Love and art have always been connected. Both are universal languages that transcend time, symbolizing freedom and human expression. Just like the Art Street Festival, which creates a space for everyone to explore the world of dreams on Valentine's Day, this event brought various love stories to life through art.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Panthongwiriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, stated that the main goal of the Art Street Festival is to "create an open space" where artworks by faculty members and students from various programs in the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts can be showcased. This allows the public to experience art not only by seeing but also by listening, touching, and actively participating.

During this festival, I had the opportunity to join my fellow interns in setting up a booth where we sold artworks such as posters, bandanas, and even hosted a clay workshop. Besides that, the festival featured many exciting activities, including:
-
Talk show with alumni
-
Art market booths selling various artworks
-
Live painting booth
-
Food stalls & food trucks
-
Live music performances
-
Outdoor short film screening
-
Art exhibition with the theme "Material of Love"
-
Cosplay Contest

This event took place on February 16, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (local time) at Saphan Khao, KKU.
